Delivery Times
Please note: Bank Holidays and weekends are not a working day for delivery.

Standard UK Delivery:
Please allow 3-5 working days after order for standard UK delivery.

If you are in need of an item urgently and for a specific day - please contact us before placing your order and we will tell you honestly whether or not we can achieve that delivery date.

International Delivery
We are able to deliver artwork all over the world. Please contact us before placing an order to let us know whereabouts we need to ship the wall art. We will then quote you a fixed price.

Delivery Charges
There are no delivery charges for mainland UK!

Returns or Exchanges

We are sure you will be over the moon with your purchase! However, if you are not 100% happy and wish to return your childrens' wall art, we will refund or exchange artwork that is sent back to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return the picture to us in an undamaged, saleable condition.

Please note: we are unable to exchange or refund custom made or personalised items unless they are faulty.

Procedure for Returns or Exchanges
Please email office@connectedshopping.com and advise us of your order reference number and reason for wishing to return or exchange the item. One of our representatives will reply and explain how best to return the goods.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanged items will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.

In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only.
